Privacy Policy

What PSCraft does and does not collect when you use the site and the editor.

Last updated: 2026-10-12

The short version

PSCraft is built so that we don't need your data. The editor runs in your browser, there is no account to create, and the files you open are never sent to us.

Files you open in the editor

The editor is a program that runs inside your browser tab. When you open an image or document, the browser reads it from your device. When you save or export, the result is written back to your device as a download. Your files are not uploaded to PSCraft, and we have no way to view, copy or store them.

What is stored in your browser

To remember your settings between visits, the site and the editor keep a few items on your own device:

  • Editor preferences, such as the interface language and panel layout, in the browser's own storage.
  • Your language choice for this website, in a cookie.
  • Your light or dark theme choice, in local storage.

None of these identify you, and none are sent to third parties. You can remove them at any time by clearing site data in your browser.

What our hosting provider records

PSCraft is served through Cloudflare. As with any website, delivering a page involves technical request data: your IP address, browser type, the address requested and the time. Cloudflare processes this to deliver the site and to protect it against abuse. We do not combine it with other information to identify visitors.

Analytics and advertising

PSCraft shows no advertising and does not use advertising trackers. We do not currently run analytics on the site. If we add privacy-respecting usage statistics in future, this page will be updated to say so.

Accounts

You do not need an account to use PSCraft. A sign-in exists for administering the site. If an account is created, we store the name and email address provided and a hashed password, solely to operate that sign-in.

Children

PSCraft does not ask for personal information from anyone, including children, and can be used without providing any.

Links to other sites

Our pages link to other sites, such as the PhotoCraft repository on GitHub. Their privacy practices are their own.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to ask what personal data an organisation holds about you and to have it corrected or deleted. We hold very little, but you are welcome to contact us with any request.

Changes to this policy

When this policy changes, we will update the date at the top of the page.
